Car Body Repair in Bristol

Had a really nasty dent/creasing in rear nearside quarter panel on my BMW 2 series sports coupe, courtesy of some idiot in a car park who drove off without leaving details. Anyway suffice to say the guys at Dentmagic sorted it and the car is now perfect. What a brilliant job. They a great bunch of people. Very friendly and know what they are doing. I definitely recommend them and if I ever needed them again, I hope not! I would not hesitate to go back to them. Thank you guys.

This is the second time I have used Dent Magic at Cribbs Causeway Bristol, the first time I used them was for a tester on a roof spoiler for a Volvo V70 estate. After a positive experience I booked my car in again for a rear bumper and lower tailgate prep and paint job after sustaining some rear damage. I was offered the use of a free curtesy car, (You just pay an excess) which made the process much easier. Excellent paint match, quality and I am really happy with the results. They also provide a more personal touch than a lot of other body shops. I wish I got the name of the young lady to give a positive mention who sorted the curtesy car and booked me in as polite, friendly and helpful. I sent in my requirement details and a few photos and within a day they send you a detailed quote.
Overall highly recommend this company.

The team managed to squeeze me in just one day after I called in which was really helpful. The quote process was really quick & simple and there’s also the added bonus of a free courtesy car. Everything was sorted in a day and my car looks brand new. Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience with Dentmagic from start to finish. The person who carried out the dent repair was absolutely brilliant. He even called me to see if I wanted to bring the car in earlier due to a cancellation, which was really convenient for me.

When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and everything was explained clearly – exactly what he was going to do and how the repair would be carried out. He also offered for me to look at the parts, which I really appreciated as it made me feel confident and reassured. The repair itself was very quick and the results were excellent.

He also took the time to explain an online quote I’d received, as I’d been quoted for both the bumper and wing even though the damage was only on the bumper. While he was repairing the damage, he arranged for another staff member to provide a revised quote for just the bumper. That staff member was equally helpful and took the time to answer further queries I had.

Based on the great service I received from everyone, I’ve now booked in to have the other damage repaired as well. Highly recommend Dentmagic for their efficiency and friendly customer service.

Fantastic paint job on my BMW and refurbished alloy wheels, thank you to all involved, the girls in the office made the experience very easy too, great to have the use of the courtesy car too, great service thanks again. Would highly recommend.

The overall experience was quick and seamless and the outcome was great. The customer experience was above expectations whilst I waited for the car to be fixed. The price was competitive too. I’ve attached pictures before and after so you can see for yourself the great work done by Dentmagic.

Excellent job. Scratched my car in a car park but now it looks brand new. Info was clear and communication was excellent. Had a courtesy car (which is free!) for the 3 days while my car was being fixed. Looks brand new again now - you'd never know it had been repaired. Whilst I hope I never need these guys again (!) they would definitely be my go-to.
