I cannot recommend Dent Magic at Cribbs Causeway enough.

I recently had a bottle thrown at my car, which was less than a month old and had under 1,000 miles on the clock. It was an incredibly frustrating situation, made worse when my initial insurance company stated that the damage was unable to be repaired using their 'dent and scratch' repair company.

Thankfully, I took it to the team at Dent Magic, and they did an absolutely incredible job. The repair work is truly flawless—to the point where I am unable to see even the slightest evidence of the initial damage.

Right from the offset, the team was professional and explained every step of the process clearly. A special mention to Emily on reception,I could be wrong about the name, who was consistently helpful and approachable whenever I had questions; she made a stressful experience much easier to manage.

Regarding the logistics, the courtesy car provided was basic, but it did the job perfectly well. There is an optional £49 excess waiver fee, but they were completely transparent about this and clearly explained that you are more than welcome to supply your own fully comprehensive insurance if you prefer. There was no "hard sell" at any point, which I really appreciated.

They completed the repair within two days, and they were even flexible enough to let me hold onto the courtesy car for an extra day because my shift pattern made it impossible for me to collect the car on the second day.

Had a really nasty dent/creasing in rear nearside quarter panel on my BMW 2 series sports coupe, courtesy of some idiot in a car park who drove off without leaving details. Anyway suffice to say the guys at Dentmagic sorted it and the car is now perfect. What a brilliant job. They a great bunch of people. Very friendly and know what they are doing. Dentmagic were recommended to me by a friend whose standards I know to be very high. I’m glad I trusted his opinion, as my Smart Roadster now looks even better than it did the day I bought it.

This is the second time I have used Dent Magic at Cribbs Causeway Bristol, the first time I used them was for a tester on a roof spoiler for a Volvo V70 estate. After a positive experience I booked my car in again for a rear bumper and lower tailgate prep and paint job after sustaining some rear damage. I was offered the use of a free curtesy car, (You just pay an excess) which made the process much easier. Excellent paint match, quality and I am really happy with the results. They also provide a more personal touch than a lot of other body shops. I wish I got the name of the young lady to give a positive mention who sorted the curtesy car and booked me in as polite, friendly and helpful. I sent in my requirement details and a few photos and within a day they send you a detailed quote.
Overall highly recommend this company.

The team managed to squeeze me in just one day after I called in which was really helpful. The quote process was really quick & simple and there’s also the added bonus of a free courtesy car. Everything was sorted in a day and my car looks brand new. Thanks again!

Just can't fault them, 3rd time using DentMagic whitby rd over about a 6 year period. Each time they've been so friendly & professional and given great service. Each time that I've chosen them I've had quotes elsewhere as well but DentMagic is always the best price (and provided options).

Fantastic job, got his by some falling scrap done a fair bit of damage, but now it looks like new. Customer service was 10/10 nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Excellent job. Scratched my car in a car park but now it looks brand new. Info was clear and communication was excellent. Had a courtesy car (which is free!) for the 3 days while my car was being fixed. Looks brand new again now - you'd never know it had been repaired. Whilst I hope I never need these guys again (!) they would definitely be my go-to.
